About WDA’s Elite Dance Company

Westchester Dance Academy's Elite Dance Company is one of the region's most prestigious and high-achieving competitive dance programs. Our dancers have earned top honors at regional and national dance competitions — including being named Best Ballet Studio at Nationals two years in a row. Graduates have gone on to study at Juilliard, Harvard, Princeton, NYU, and more.

Designed for dancers who are passionate about performance and ready for an intensive level of training, the Elite Dance Company delivers focused conditioning, elite technical instruction, first-class choreography, and individual mentorship. Dancers train in ballet, lyrical, jazz, and contemporary — building a strong technical foundation and a versatile, stage-ready performance skill set.

Membership in the Elite Dance Company is by audition. Candidates are evaluated on showmanship, flexibility, passion, technical precision, turning ability, and potential for development. The Westchester Dance Academy Elite Company is divided into teams based on age, ability, technique, and above all, potential. Members participate in competitions such as the National Dance Awards, NYCDA, and Nuvo.

Mini

 Ages 7-9
 8 hours of class per week plus rehearsals
